Why can't we all use a standard email signature?
Microsoft Outlook users have tools for creating personal email signatures, but not for creating a standard, company-wide email signature.
Now there is a solution.
Here's how it works. Click a link in a web page to start the Email Signature Tool, then enter your information.
Press "Save." Choose a name for your signature and optionally choose whether to have Outlook include your signature with each new email.
That's it. Your new corporate email signature is ready for use. (Deployment is just as simple).
Features
- Live preview. See your signature as it's created.
- Harness Outlook's built-in signature functionality.
